Who's Right? allows users to create debates, vote, and post comments. You are solely responsible for the content you create and share.
By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App.
You retain ownership of your content, but you represent that you have the right to post it and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
The following types of content are strictly prohibited:
We reserve the right to review, remove, or hide any content that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful or inappropriate.
Users can report content they believe violates these terms. Content that receives multiple reports may be automatically hidden pending review.
We are not obligated to monitor all content but may do so at our discretion.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any other reason we deem appropriate.
You may delete your account at any time through the Profile settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed or anonymized, but content you created (debates, comments) may remain visible as authored by "Deleted User."
Opinions are user-generated. The debates, votes, and comments on Who's Right? represent the opinions of individual users, not the views of Who's Right? or its operators.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times or that it will be error-free.
We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on content viewed on the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Who's Right? and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or any damages resulting from user-generated content.
The Who's Right? name, logo, and App design are our intellectual property. You may not use our branding without prior written permission. All other trademarks appearing on the App are the property of their respective owners.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
